Daily odometer photograph

Tap Daily odometer photo in the app and sign in to your company workspace. Take a clear picture, enter the closing reading and submit it. The office reviews it against the daily GPS distance. Photos need an internet connection to submit; duplicate daily submissions are blocked. Photographs expire after 30 days; readings and review history remain.

Company working hours

In the office, open Rep locations and set the seven-day timetable once. Linked phones follow it automatically, even if the app is open outside those hours. No rep tracking starts until the timetable is saved. Phones refresh it automatically and need an office connection each day before GPS resumes.

Your first walking test

  1. Install and open BADSHA Mobile.
  2. In the office, open Rep locations, select the representative and create a private registration code. On the phone, enter it under Configure company phone. This registers the phone once; the code expires after 15 minutes. For an owner walking test, use the alternative one-time owner account registration.
  3. Complete the one-time tracking setup: allow precise location, notifications and Allow all the time location access.
  4. For your owner walking test, select Owner only: 30-minute walking test. This permits your test outside company hours without changing the rep timetable. Wait for a good GPS fix, then walk.
  5. No daily tracking sign-in or individual trip start is needed. Signing out of company software leaves the phone registered and tracking during company hours. Distance adds automatically as you move. Use Sync with office if needed; pending points remain on the phone if the connection drops.
  6. In the office, open Rep locations → your phone → View route history.

Tracking stays visible in a notification and can continue with the screen locked. It resumes after restart when Android permits. Pausing it in Tracking settings, explicitly removing phone registration, office revocation, force-stopping the app, disabling Location or phone restrictions stop recording. Catalogue sign-out is separate and does not stop tracking. GPS distance is an estimate; short movements within GPS uncertainty may be filtered.

Precise location is sent only to this company's Spices server only during configured company working hours, or your explicitly enabled 30-minute owner test. Authorised office users can view it. The location credential cannot open financial accounts. Signed-in owner tests stay separate from representative financial figures. Sent phone records are retained locally for up to seven days; pending points remain for retry. Uploads more than 24 hours old need review.
